Our Goals
NB CLTC aims to construct, operate, maintain, improve, buy, own, sell, convey, assign, mortgage, or contract any real estate and personal property necessary to support affordable housing projects in New Brunswick. The co-operative engages in various activities and contracts essential to achieving its mission of providing affordable housing. Additionally, NB CLTC seeks to partner with or join associations and corporations with similar objectives to enhance its impact and benefit the co-operative directly or indirectly.
Our Plans - Striving for Excellence
NB CLTC seeks to address housing needs by increasing the available supply of attainable co-op housing in New Brunswick for low- and moderate-income households, equity-seeking groups, including Indigenous communities, women and women-led households, racialized groups, and recent immigrants/newcomers to New Brunswick.

Supporting Partners
The New Brunswick Community Land Trust Co-operative was established by the Saint John Land Bank, with support from the organizations listed below. The Land Bank formed a committee to explore the development of a land trust and partnered with various housing sector partners, including the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF Canada) and Housing Alternatives Inc., to support the incorporation process. This Land Co-op represents a new governance solution aimed at growing and sustaining the co-operative housing sector in New Brunswick.
