Our organizational structure is founded on principled leadership, ensuring both ethical and effective governance.

The NB CLTC was developed to create opportunities and addresses challenges that the community housing sector faces by:

  • The model is flexible to adapt to future changes in governments’ policy and programming.

  • By aggregating housing assets, increasing access to capital by pooling resources and networks.
