New Sector Resource Available

New Market Funds has released new national resources developed through the CMHC Affordable Housing Innovation Fund to support non‑profit and co‑operative organizations exploring rental housing acquisition as a strategy for preserving affordable homes. The release includes a Rental Housing Acquisition Guidebook and a companion video offering practical insights from acquisition projects across Canada.

New Market Funds also reported that their Innovation Fund initiative has helped preserve more than 1,500 affordable rental homes nationally through mission aligned acquisition work.
